7. Remove 10 screws that hold the radio faceplate to the body of the radio. These screws are sort of recessed into the faceplate on the backside... once again put the radio on its face to do this.

8. GENTLY pull the rewind, stop/eject and fast forward buttons towards you until they release. DON'T pull them all the way out of the rubber boots. Just until they are floppy.

9. Flip the radio upside down and remove the noted screws.

10. Lift the cassette section out of the frame

and remove these screws
